Photo 365: Life of a ski bum... so far.

So catching up this blog on my project 'photo 365'...  

I've been called a 'ski bum' by many this winter, and while at first I was offended I've learned the term has a broader spectrum of meaning than what I first thought.  It had been my dream for years to at least spend one winter at a ski resort.  Finally that life long dream has come true and I couldn't have picked a better place than Ski Town U.S.A.  I had also thought that a winter in the mountains would allow be to catch up on various projects that I've been working on or always wanted to do.  However, the more it snows the more I want to get out and enjoy the powder that Steamboat is known for.  Here's just a few glimpses into the life of a ski bum.  To see the entire Photo 365 project click here.

"In the Glades"

For those not familiar with the term "Bluebird Day" today was an great example.  Lots of fresh snow... blue skies.  Took the camera with me today... this shot from skiing the glades here in Steamboat.
