Most of the country is hearing about the flooding, tornadoes and other extreme weather that spring is bringing. Last Saturday The New York Times published an article from here in Steamboat Springs concerning the record breaking winter, snow-packs and what that means for those of us that live in the lower populated areas.
This Memorial Day weekend means changing plans last minute for a lot of travelers as many campground and hiking trails are still closed and lakes remain frozen.
